Resurrected Demon King Wants to Live Extra 5

“Uh… hn,”

Xion came home, leaving behind even the wedding he had prepared so carefully, and pulled Reinhild into his arms and kissed him.

There was still the problem that, if they did not make it clear when their married life had begun, it would become difficult to keep track of anniversaries, but none of that mattered.

Right now, Xion did not have the leisure to worry about such trivial issues.

Thud.

In an instant, the winter coat and thick outerwear were stripped off and left strewn across the living room floor.

It was an attitude that said he did not care what happened to clothes, nothing like Xion, who always took them off and immediately hung them up neatly.

“Mmph, fuu…! Xio-”

Still kissing him, Reinhild had to back up because Xion kept moving his feet forward.

It was hard enough to catch his breath even standing still and kissing, so why did he keep pushing him along?

Smack, smack,

No matter how hard Reinhild slapped his back, Xion did not even flinch, as if it did not tickle at all.

Thump.

In the end, Reinhild stopped only when his legs caught on the bed and he toppled onto it.

“Puhah…”

With space to breathe now that he was separated from Xion, Reinhild sank into the soft bed and let out a long breath.

“Haa.”

Huh? That breathing just now was not mine.

Reinhild paused mid breath and looked up at Xion, who was standing at the foot of the bed, looking down at him.

Unlike Reinhild, who started panting the moment someone so much as pressed their lips to his, Xion was the type who did not so much as disturb his breathing even through a suffocating kiss, yet for some reason he was exhaling roughly.

Xion’s face was red and heated, like the day he had bitten his chest.

‘This is bad.’

Reinhild quickly rolled to the side to try to get off the bed.

But before Reinhild, who was slower than a snail compared to Xion, could even turn his body, Xion climbed onto the bed first.

Creeak.

When the place Xion’s knee touched let out a squeak, Reinhild hurriedly shouted out an excuse.

“Xion, wait a second. The bed…!”

“It is fine, Rein. When I repaired the bed last time, I fixed it to be twice as sturdy. The bed will not break today.”

‘That is not the problem!’

It did not matter if the bed broke.

Reinhild had a more serious problem than the bed.

‘At this rate, he is going to find out.’

There was something he still had not told Xion.

It was an enormous secret that made you feel the difference between demons and humans.

Of course, he had no intention of hiding it forever.

Since even if the truth came out, Xion would not end up disliking him.

But he had heard that humans preferred hearing such major facts from the other person’s own mouth rather than learning them by accident.

He could not understand it, but humans were like that, so what could he do.

At times like this, it was a shame Xion was human.

If Xion were a demon, he would have used that secret to deceive Xion as thoroughly as possible.

Then even if the secret were exposed, he would have been praised for it as a truly excellent deception.

“Xion, wa—”

Before Reinhild’s mouth could even get out the “wa” of “wait,” it was blocked.

Ah, seriously. Xion was great in every way, but the problem was that he got impatient when things got like this.

It was not that Reinhild disliked it, though….

“Xio, hng….”

He managed, with all his strength, to mumble against Xion’s lips, but Reinhild’s desperate effort to call his name did not reach Xion at all.

What returned to Reinhild after he forced his mouth open was only a warm, sticky tongue.

Reinhild had never needed to worry about whether his mouth was big or small in his life, but for the first time, he found himself wishing his mouth were bigger.

“Hoo, uh,”

Whenever Reinhild tilted his head back, trying to make even a sliver of room to breathe, Xion lightly pressed down on his chin and returned his head to its original position.

Feeling as if the oxygen he had barely gained was being stolen away again, Reinhild grabbed Xion’s arm in protest.

“H-haa….”

“It is fine, Rein. Try breathing through your nose. Slowly.”

“Hn.”

If he was going to tell him to breathe through his nose, he should give him time to breathe. He said that and then immediately blocked his breathing again. Just because he could breathe through his nose fine, did he think that meant everything was fine.

Reinhild swore that once he got his magic back, he would fly right in front of Xion and tease him, telling him to try flying slowly now.

Of course, right now he could not do anything. Because he had no magic….

“Haa, ha….”

“Rein.”

After a kiss that was shorter than usual, Xion immediately moved to stamp his lips somewhere else.

‘N-No.’

I have to say it. I have to say it while my mouth is free…

“Ah!”

With Xion biting at his neck, Reinhild missed his chance to speak again.

He had been bitten like someone scraping at his skin with their teeth before, but it was his first time being bitten hard enough to leave teeth marks.

Reinhild grabbed Xion’s shoulder as if to protest.

Unfortunately, that only stimulated Xion more.

Taking Rein’s action as him wanting to wrap his arms around Xion’s neck, Xion pressed even more tightly against Reinhild, fully closing the gap.

‘That is not it.’

When he came to his senses, he realized he was in a posture similar to the day not long ago when he had offered Xion his chest.

If this continued, it was obvious they would go through the same steps as that day.

“Wait—”

Reinhild curled up and rolled onto his side.

He thought that would make it a position where it would be hard for Xion to touch his chest.

What Reinhild did not anticipate was that they were so close that even the smallest movement made their bodies rub together.

“…Ah.”

As he turned to the right, Reinhild’s left leg brushed up along Xion’s thigh.

If he had known this would happen, he would have kept still and left his legs lying obediently on the bed.

To make matters worse, it became a position where Xion was fully pressed against him, almost as if he were straddling Reinhild’s thigh.

When Reinhild felt something unfamiliar touch his thigh, his body went rigid.

No, to be honest, he could not really tell whether the one who had gone rigid was himself or Xion.

“Xion, hnn…”

Xion bit down on the shoulder that was facing him.

Like an animal grinding its teeth while playing with a toy, he repeated it several times, slowly biting at Reinhild, then lowered his body.

‘Heavy.’

Xion pressed close enough that every time he breathed, his breath brushed Reinhild’s ear, and he whispered.

“Rein. Look at me.”

“I am looking.”

Reinhild glanced sideways at Xion.

He knew Xion had not meant it in that way, but he did not have the courage to turn his body and face him again.

In a situation where their bodies were pressed so tightly together, if he did that, he would definitely run into an even more awkward situation.

Thump, thump.

This is bad.

My heart is pounding too hard.

This was not the time to be fluttering, but at the look in Xion’s eyes as he stared at him, Reinhild’s heart reacted first.

In that brief moment of hesitation, Xion ran his hand down Reinhild’s back.

“Rein.”

Xion’s fingertips moved closer to Reinhild’s waist and reached the hem of his clothes.

“Hngh.”

Xion’s hand slipped inside his clothes and brushed his bare skin.

In the blink of an eye, that hand passed his waist and traced up his back, only stopping once his fingertips reached his shoulder blade.

Even when Reinhild had collapsed in pain, Xion had always wiped him down with a damp cloth, but the air itself was different now.

As if Reinhild were about to be swallowed whole by Xion….

“Rein.”

Xion drew closer and closer.

He was definitely going to try to kiss him. Not a light brush of lips, but the kind of kiss that made his head spin.

Lying on his side, it would be awkward to kiss, so he would end up leaning back against the bed again, making turning over pointless.

And after that…

“N, no!”

Reinhild shoved Xion away with all his strength.

Of course, Xion did not budge at all, but that did not matter.

Determined not to miss his last chance to tell the truth, Reinhild shouted with everything he had.

“You probably do not know because our races are different, but I am male!”

“I know.”

“Huh? Uh, ah….”

The response came back as if it were the most obvious thing in the world.

“You knew.”

Well, Xion had seen his naked body more than once, so it would be stranger if he did not know.

And since demons and humans did not look that different on the outside, it was not easy to misunderstand.

But the two races were similar only in appearance. Other than that, if you searched with your eyes peeled, you would not find a single thing they shared.

Reinhild began to explain, prepared to reveal his secret before the misunderstanding dragged on any longer.

“Demons and humans look similar on the outside, but they are different on the inside.”

“Is that so?”

“Yes.”

“Even if Reinhild were filled only with demonic energy, I would still love you.”

“Xion…!”

No, no. This was not the time to be moved.

Of course, Reinhild would love Xion even if he were a lump of holy power, but he still had to say what he was saying.

Even after giving such a hint, Xion still did not look like he had any idea what Reinhild was trying to say.

‘In the end, do I have to say it myself?’

Reinhild steeled himself and squeezed his eyes shut.

Say it. Xion would understand.

Even if he confessed the truth, Xion’s feelings for him would never cool.

“Xion, I…”

When he opened the eyes he had tightly shut, the first thing he saw was Xion’s blue eyes.

Reinhild faced Xion head-on and shouted.

“I cannot… reproduce!”

T/N: I forgot how adorable Rein can be. haha
